The Victory-us mission

At Victory-Us, our mission is to empower families by providing expert SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) advocacy and tailored services. We strive to secure and deliver the right educational and holistic provision for every child, ensuring they have the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.

We aim to provide real, neuro-affirming support to children and their families. Our mission is to make every children feel seen, accepted and given to skills and support they need to be Victory-us!

Our support and advocacy is bespoke and tailored to meet the needs of each individual family but focuses on supporting EOTAS (Education otherwise than at school).
We also equip parents and professionals to deliver our ethos to that the Victory-us mission can expand. This is also portrayed within our collaborations with other organisations and charities.

Our services

Victory-Us offers a comprehensive range of SEND advocacy and support services designed to meet the unique needs of your child. From navigating the complexities of dual diagnosis', emotional regulation to implementing an successful EOTAS package for your child.

1:1 bespoke curriculums delivered to children on EOTAS and who are home educated. Delivered by a SEND teacher.

Victory-us advocacy

Expert SEND advocacy to ensure your child receives the right educational support and provisions. Neuro-affirming approach to ensure EOTAS, AP's and accommodations.

Victory-us Workshops

Our workshops promote collaboration between parents and professionals. They are neuro-affirming and focus on navigating a range of neurodiversity and SEND needs.

VICTORY for them, you - US

Founded by Lauren Vermeulen (a passionate SEND teacher specialising in emotional regulation) - Victory-Us (based n North Dorset and online is passionate about providing high-quality SEND support and advocacy, bespoke services for families. We offer teaching, support for children on EOTAS, those who are home educated and those requiring a tailored approach to access their current or a new provision. As an independent teacher and advocate - supporting families with warmth as individuals is our focus, empowering and equipping them to advocate for themselves and their children. We continue to reach more neuro-affirming parents and professionals through our workshops and will always use an experienced and researched approach to all of our support.

Our emotional regulation and ethos for everything we do is "Victory-us" (see image). Not only is Victory-us true to it's name that it take US together for Victory but also in memory of Lauren's best friend Victoria, who always championed her to stand up - proud and loud for everything we are passionate about.

Victory-us fully meets my son's needs as he is happy. Even when poorly, my son with complex needs and PDA said "I don't want to miss a beautiful day with Lauren". He wants to be there, he feels understood, safe and listened to.

Lauren was recommended via another parent and reaching out to her for advocacy support was the best thing I ever did. 3 emergency EHCP reviews later and Lauren had helped me to secure EOTAS packages for all 3 children and personal budgets, that actually meet their needs and mean they can all now access a bespoke and child-led education.
